Till Manfred Blania

CEO, Developer of the HR management approach

Once a team understands how important their contribution is to the bigger picture, they move from working to rule to real engagement – I see my job as getting everyone around the table.

As an economist, founder and consultant, I have learnt that business success is created where people share responsibility, structures are clear and everyone can develop their potential. My path has taken me through various industries – from events and fashion to consulting for start-ups and SMEs. Time and again, I have seen how important it is not only to identify risks, but also to work together to develop viable solutions for sustainable growth and a strong corporate culture.

I realised early on that traditional, hierarchical leadership rarely fosters excellence. What is really needed are clarity, trust, and honest communication. Through my scientific work and research into MaxDiff analysis, I have developed methods that reveal the needs of teams and facilitate genuine change.

My approach: I combine in-depth knowledge of business, HR and risk management with practical experience from my own start-ups and consulting projects. My approach brings managers and employees together to find solutions that really work – individual, practical and understandable. This creates structures that enable growth, share responsibility and take the stress out of everyday life.

My goal: Empowering SMEs and growing businesses with HR and risk management solutions normally reserved for large organisations. Understandable, affordable and ready to use. So that businesses become places where people want to work, take responsibility and grow together.

Peter Münstermann

Developer of the risk management approach

Risks are inevitable. My job is to ensure that they never become an obstacle to progress.

Having worked as a risk manager in large corporations, as well as a consultant and advisor to SMEs, I have learnt that business success is achieved when responsibility is shared, clarity is created, and risks are viewed as opportunities to shape the future. My experience of over 20 years in the corporate world, together with my extensive industry knowledge, enables me to simplify complex interrelationships and develop effective solutions with my clients.

What drives me: I have noticed that many business owners are kept awake at night not by the numbers, but by their responsibility for their team and their business. My goal is to lighten that load by listening, understanding, and working together. My focus is on people, not just functions. I believe that true security can only be achieved by engaging all stakeholders and working together on clear, actionable strategies.

My approach: I bring people together – managers and employees alike – and facilitate open discussions about risks, opportunities and solutions. With my structured but human approach, we work together to create clarity, prioritise the most important issues and develop individual measures that work in everyday life. My focus is on honesty, equality and sustainable impact, rather than cookie-cutter solutions.

My goal: I want to help SMEs, family businesses and start-ups to see risk not as a fear factor, but as an opportunity for sustainable success and a secure future. My aim is to make risk management tangible, understandable and practical – for greater peace of mind, security and cooperation within the company.

Head of Marketing and PR

Marketing is not just about visibility, it is about making connections that matter.

As a marketing and PR professional with over seven year experience in team coaching, brand development and internal corporate communications, I have a unique perspective on the dynamics of teams and organisations. My career has taken me from the tourism industry to the creative department of a large bakery company, to marketing director of AIESEC, to teaching at one of Russia leading universities.

I have a Master’s degree in Social Analysis and have conducted in-depth research into industrial relations, particularly in relation to crises such as the current one caused by the Coronavirus pandemic. This has taught me the importance of taking a holistic view of leadership, team dynamics and individual potential. My approach combines scientific methods of analysing relationships with their practical implementation in everyday business life.

What drives me: I am convinced that sustainable business success is created where strong leadership meets a genuine understanding of people. This requires clear communication, targeted employee retention measures and a sense of the opportunities that lie within every team – especially in challenging times.

My goal: I help companies strengthen their teams, identify potential and use clever communication and targeted employer branding to impress not only in the marketplace but also internally. Understanding and promoting the dynamics within your own team is the basis for sustainable growth, innovation and a strong market position.

Textile Industry Consultant

Stagnation is setback – I show you where your optimization opportunities lie and how to seize them.

With over 20 years in the textile sector, I have learned that business success is created where people truly collaborate, problems are addressed openly, and everyone can contribute their experience. My journey has taken me from Key Account Manager for major customers like C&A and Karstadt to developing innovative IT solutions within companies. Time and again, I have seen how important it is not only to identify surface-level problems, but also to develop workable solutions together for sustainable growth and genuine improvements.

Early on, I recognized that optimization is not a one-time process – it requires continuous change and the willingness to question established practices. What is really needed is clarity about the real challenges, trust between all involved, and honest, open communication. Drawing on my practical experience in the fashion industry and my expertise in IT modernization, I have developed methods that reveal the real needs of teams and organizations and enable genuine, sustainable change.

My Approach: I combine in-depth knowledge from over 20 years of experience in the textile industry with practical expertise in IT solution development and business optimization. With my approach, I bring management and employees together to find solutions that really work – individually tailored, practical, and implementable in everyday work. This creates structures that enable growth, share responsibility, and anchor optimization processes sustainably within your organizational culture.

My Goal: I support textile companies and manufacturing businesses in understanding that stagnation is not rest, but an obstacle to growth. With my experience and my eye for hidden opportunities, I want to help you optimize your processes, mobilize your teams, and make your business fit for the future. My goal is for optimization and change to be seen not as a burden, but as an opportunity for genuine improvements and shared success – for greater clarity, confidence, and true collaboration within your organization.

Expert in employee wellbeing

More collaboration, means greater success. I show you how your employees become your greatest advantage.

As a trained MTA with over 30 years of experience in medical research, I have learned that genuine success is created where people feel understood and valued. My journey has taken me from leading research laboratories and mentoring doctoral candidates, through radiology in a hospital, to hands-on experience in gastronomy and event management. Throughout, I have continuously observed how important it is not only to be professionally competent, but also to understand people, lead them, and support their development.

Early on, I recognized that the best organizations are not built through hierarchies, but through mutual respect, clear communication, and genuine appreciation. In my role as senior laboratory assistant, I demonstrated my organizational ability, thoroughness, and people skills – qualities that later proved themselves in all my projects in gastronomy and events. With my life experience and empathy, I have developed a deep understanding of what people need in their professional lives and how to create a work environment where they truly flourish.

My Approach: I combine professional competence with emotional intelligence. My approach is to bring managers and employees together and demonstrate how people-centered leadership leads to better results. With my structured yet empathetic method, we work together to recognize each employee’s individual strengths, unlock potential, and create a work climate where people genuinely want to work and feel connected to the organization.

My Goal: I support small and medium-sized companies in seeing their employees not just as resources, but as people. With my extensive experience, I want to help you strengthen your personnel management, foster employee satisfaction and loyalty, and thereby create continuity and sustainable success in your organization. My motto is simple: More collaboration – greater success.
