What is really needed are clarity, trust, and honest communication. Time and again, I have seen how important it is not only to identify risks, but also to work together to develop viable solutions for sustainable growth and a strong corporate culture. Through my scientific work and research into MaxDiff analysis, I have developed methods that reveal the needs of teams and facilitate genuine change.
